• SECOND EDITION of the hard copy book £150 + £5 post, packaging and handling = TOTAL £155
• Proxy server service for 'bona fide' academic sites (contact us for prices)

* A standard single licence provides access for one concurrent user from one fixed IP address on one PC from one geographical site. Please contact us for alternative licences or "permissions" tailored to your specific requirements.

How to Order

• Our standard terms require payment with order. Payment is normally by a Bank transfer OR after receipt of a Proforma Invoice OR by cheque payable to "Ankier Associates". All cheques and written orders must be sent (no postage required) to: Ankier Associates, FREEPOST NAT18747, Edgware, Middlesex, HA8 9BR, United Kingdom.


• Book deliveries will normally be despatched within three working days (see Terms and Conditions ).
